Annapurna Trek advances forth Annapurna Conservation Area which happens to be the largest protected belt of Nepal stretching itself at 2946 square miles of the exquisite landscapes of Manang, Mustang, Kaski, Myagdi and Lamjung districts.
Annapurna is a Sanskrit term which forms through the synthesis of two words- Anna and Purna which translates as ‘goddess of the harvests’.
Sauntering through the world’s deepest river gorge at Kali Gandaki, encompassing the exquisite terrains of Kali Gandaki Valley rich in fossilized ammonites (shaligrams) worshipped by Hindus as the manifestation of Lord Vishnu- the protector god, taking stroll through the blooming rhododendron forest, appreciating the beauty of the world’s highest Lake of Tilicho, having the engrossing look into the Majestic snow shrouded mountains,  familiarizing oneself with the multi- ethnic communities of Gurung, Magar, Thakali and Manangis and viewing the time worn traditions of the local inhabitants all are the integral part of Annapurna Trek.
