Terms and condition 
1) The Contract 
Alpine zone treks and expedition (p) limited (“the company “), Registered company number 115479/ 070 / 071. Please note that while booking trip. You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as the cancelation policy and certain limitation of liability. Both parties agree to these terms and conditions to resolve the legal or other disputes that may arise during the trip.

 2) Booking trip
A trip refers to trekking, tours, expedition and other adventure and tour programs. A booking is accepted becomes definite only from the date when the company sends confirmation invoice or e-mail. It is at this point that contract between the company and clients comes into existence. Before your booking is confirmed and contract comes into force, the company reserves the right to increase and decrease prices.

 3) Deposit requirement
Nepal trips, you will have to make a non-refundable deposit of 25 % of trip cost at the time of booking the trip. You can pay the remaining amount upon your arrival in Kathmandu and the before the trip departure. The non-refundable deposit should be sent to the company.

Payment methods:
Booking deposit can be made by the bank transfer or by credit card (visa or master card).

4) Final payment / clients details:
Final payment on trekking, tours, rafting, climbing and expedition in Nepal can be made upon arrival in Nepal. Final payment can be made by bank transfer, travel cheque, cash or by credit card (visa / master card). There is 4% surcharge when the payment made by credit cards.

5) Cancellation trip by clients:
The date on which the request to cancel is received by the company will determine the cancellation charge applicable. The cancellation charges are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total trip price.
 More than 60 days before departure full amount less deposit.
 59 – 30 days before departure: 50 % of cost of services booked.
 Less than 30 days before departure: 75 % of cost of service booked.
 The client is strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance at the time of making booking. Please note that no refund will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing services not utilized.

6) Cancellation by the company
Alpine zone treks & expedition reserves the right to cancel the any trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond it control.
i.e. Due to the natural disasters, flight cancellation, consequences of strikes, industrial  action ,wars, riots, sickness, weather conditions, government intervention or other onward occurrences. In such case Alpine zone will refund trip price only.

7) Medical conditions.
At the time of booking of any medical conditions, physically challenged condition or any other mental and physical condition which may affects fitness to travel.            
Some trips may unsuitable for clients due to age, mobility, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions. It is client’s responsibility to check prior to booking. The company is not required to provide any special facilities unless it has agreed to do in writing.
8) Flight delays and changes the itinerary.
Sometimes bad weather in the mountain regions can cause domestic flight delays. In case of this condition Alpine zone will meet departing city accommodation costs prior to your trip. However in case of delayed return flight the client is responsible for all additional expenses. If you wish to make an alternative arrangements such as Helicopter flight to avoid flight delays. All additional cost would be your responsibility.
