Overview

Meera Peak is an interesting peak positioned in Khumbu Valley. Meera Peak (6,476m) is a thrilling and scenically spectacular mountain. It is the uppermost trekking peak in Khumbu Valley, which is positioned on the edge of the renowned Khumbu region. The moment you ascend the Meera Peak, the mountains like Kanchenjunga, Lhotse and Cho- Oyu will be etched in your psyche. If you are willing to savor the panoramic views of special Himalayas and the High Camp, Meera Peak is an ideal spot to turn your desire into reality.

Technically, Meera Peak is challenging to ascend.
The trekker, therefore, must be physically sound to take the advantages of magical moment. Meera peak contains three main summits: Meera North, 6,476 meters (21,247 ft), Meera Central, 6,461 meters (21,198 ft) and Meera South, 6,065 meters (19,898 ft). If you are setting up to reach Meera Peak, you can make use of air ways to Lukla or if you have passion for trekking then you can hike from Jiri to Lukla.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu ( 1350 m. )


  

Day 2: Permit preparation in Kathmandu


 

Day 3: Kathmandu – Lukla ( 2,850)- Surke


 

Day 4: Surke – Bupsa ( 2,360 m. )


 

Day 5: Bupsa - Panggoma ( 2,846 m. )


 

Day 6: Pangum - Khurkee


 

Day 7: Khurkee – chhetra


 

Day 8: Chhetra - Kote ( 3,691 m. )


 

Day 9: Kote – Thagnak ( 4,358 m. )


 

Day 10: Rest day for acclimatization


 

Day 11: Thagnak – Khare ( 5,045 m. )


 

Day 12: Khare rest for acclimatization


 

Day 13: Mera high Camp


 

Day 14-16: Mera peak summit ( 6,461 m. ) and back to khare


 

Days 17: Khare – Thagnak


 

Day 18: Thagnak – Kote


 

Day 19: Kote – chhetra


 

Day 20: Lukla


 

Day 21: Lukla - Kathmandu


 

Day 22: Rest day in Kathamndu


 

Day 23: Departure Kathamndu international airport.
